Staff
Brook has been the Executive Director of FRC for over 4 years, but her time with FRC dates back to 2004. She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master's Degree in Education. Brook's passion is working with children and families, especially in the areas of discipline and social emotional development. Brook provides fiscal management for the organization along with grant writing, staff supervision, program development and evaluation and is an advocate for strengthening families in our community.
Lisa is the Administrative Assistant for the center. She has a background in Child Development and Family Life. Lisa has supported the FRC since 2000.
Melissa is a Parent Educator, providing home visits, parent education, and play groups. Melissa has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from UW Stout. She has many years of teaching experience and has been a Parent Educator since August 2006.
Lita joined us as our MATCh Specialist in October 2010. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UW-Eau Claire, her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from UW-Stout and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. She performs brief assessments, provides educational outreach and makes referrals regarding children and adolescent mental health issues.
Amanda is a Parent Educator, providing home visits, teaching classes, as well as Parent Education in the Eau Claire County Jail. Amanda has an Associate’s Degree in AODA Counseling, a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UW-Stout, and is currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Social Work from UW-Madison. Amanda joined the FRC team in January of 2011.
