Introduction to Infant Massage

Come learn about the benefits of infant massage for babies 0-12 months and their caregivers! 

• Relaxation, including improved sleep patterns and self-soothing abilities
• Interaction, promoting self-esteem, pre-language communication, bonding, and secure attachment through quality one-on-one time
• Stimulation of language and learning development, sensory and physical/motor development, and mind-body awareness
• Relief  from digestive issues, tension, and sensory integration issues

Note: No massage instruction will be given at this class. Interested individuals will have

the opportunity to register for a 5 week instructional course following this introduction.
