This year, in the wake of COVID, we offer by-donation team registration (groups of 3-6 people), so ALL families and friend groups can play! 

 

We understand finances are tight for many people right now. Although this is a fundraiser for the Family Resource Center, we have replaced our usual $150 team registration fee with a donation-of-your-choice. Enter the code DONATION at check out. You will receive a link to make your donation with your Team Confirmation. 

 

Corporate teams welcome for usual fee of $150.

All funds will go directly to supporting parents and children in Eau Claire County.

 

This year's theme is:

Overcoming COVID

(Interpretation is yours: dress up as your favorite Netflix show that kept you sane through quarantine; Essential Workers; Science Superheroes? Be creative and have fun). Ten extra points if your Team Picture in costume gets the most ’likes’ and shares on our Facebook account. The team that gets the most points completing the assigned tasks, documented by cell phone selfies, wins $300 prize!

Three safe options for playing:

- Physically together unmasked with family or COVID pod

-Meeting up together to do tasks outdoors, wearing masks

-Each team member (or pod) does each task separately, and you make a photo collage team submission for each task

Starting Friday, August 7th

 

-  5:00 PM Team Captains check your email and get your list of tasks!

-  The Hunt is on! The object of the game is to complete as many tasks on the list as you can, earning the most points within the time given. The object if the game is completing as many tasks as you can in the course of the weekend, emailing each task completion (group selfie or photocollage) to info@frcec.org.

 

- Teams must have a phone to capture your team completing the tasks. Please use just one phone to document all of your tasks. Pictures will be used as proof of a completed task. Remember to have batteries charged and plenty of room on memory-don’t want to miss out on points due to not having a picture.

 

Ending Sunday, August 9th

 

- All photos must be emailed in to info@frcec.org by 12:00 PM CST

- No late entries will be accepted.

- Join us on Zoom at 7:00 pm to see if your team is the winner!

For Team Photo and Task documentation, all members > 5yr must wear masks

Signed disclosures are required from all adult team members prior to the start of the event. All players must consent to our MASK POLICY. Please follow all of the safety guidelines as outlined by the Eau Claire County Health Department.
