Infant Massage

Come learn about the nurturing touch and communication benefits of infant massage for babies 0-12 months and their caregivers! 

Relaxation, including improved sleep patterns and self-soothing abilities

Interaction, promoting self-esteem, pre-language communication, bonding, and secure attachment through quality one-on-one time

Stimulation of language and learning development, sensory and physical/motor development, and mind-body awareness

Relief  from digestive issues, tension, and sensory integration issues

Massage instruction will be given in this class. 

This is a 5-week instructional course where you can meet other parents and make social connections for yourse!
